The consultation and Purchase of Standards concerns the subscription modalities for the services of the Contractor and its partners, as well as unit purchases allowing, via a single internet portal, online access to Standards, standards and associated documents for persons working for the EDF Group, including its majority subsidiaries (excluding RTE), including in countries other than France. Framework agreement for a duration of 8 years (Common trunk: 8 firm years. Special collections: 5 firm years and renewable for 3 years on the optional periods of one year each period). EDF SA issues this contract notice on its own behalf and on behalf of the following direct beneficiary subsidiaries: Agregio Solutions, Arabelle Solutions, Cyclife France, Cyclife Engineering, Cyclife UK, Dalkia Group, Dalkia Electrotechnics, Dreev, EDF Business Services, EDF Solar Solutions, EDF Electricité de Strasbourg, EDF Energy UK, EDF PEI, EDF Tradins Logistics, Edison, Edvance, Enedis, EPR Engineering UK, Framatome, Graphitech, Hynamics, Hydrostadium, Ifopse, Jeumont Electric, Nuward, EDF Power Solutions, Vanatome, Valserve. Non-direct beneficiary subsidiaries may, if they wish and at their first request, benefit from the commercial conditions of the contract awarded by EDF SA for its needs by means of a stipulation for a third party clause.
