The subject of the order is the comprehensive organisation of the conference 9. National Symposium on CONTEMPORARY PROBLEMS OF ENGINEERING GEOLOGY IN POLAND (9. WPGI 2027) October 2027, Kielce, including the following services: accommodation, catering, rental of conference and workshop rooms, and other organisational services. The description of the subject of the order includes the number of conference participants for whom the Contractor will be obliged to provide the service on 19-22.10.2027 as part of the basic order – i.e. 150 participants and the order covered by the right of option, i.e. 250 participants, as well as the service provided on 18.10.2027 for a maximum of 30 people, and also information about the rented conference rooms. The ordering party reserves the right not to use or to use only part of the order covered by the right of option in any configuration.
