Netherlands – First-aid training services – Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure levering integrale BHV-dienstverlening t.b.v. gemeente Venlo

The contract includes: Supply of: • BHV and first aid (EHBO) training, including refresher courses, customised training, refresher courses, exercises and certification. • Organisation and evaluation of evacuation exercises (at least 2 per location per year). • Support in the development of safety and continuity plans, including audits and risk analyses. • Management, inspection and replacement of BHV, EHBO and AED equipment. • Digital registration system for management, planning, communication and reporting. With this tender, the municipality of Venlo aims to achieve and maintain a uniform, future-proof and demonstrably effective BHV organisation, with safety, readiness and business continuity at its core. The contract includes the provision of a complete service in the field of business assistance (BHV), first aid (EHBO), training and exercising, planning, safety provisions and related tasks such as safety scans and audits, for various locations of the municipality of Venlo. The detailed elaboration of the scope of the contract, including: • the overview of the locations involved and their functions, • the number of BHV personnel, team leaders, evacuators and first aiders, • the (provisional) number of training courses, refresher courses and exercises, • the existing safety equipment such as AEDs and evacuation chairs, • and other relevant context and starting points, is included in annex 9. This annex is an integral part of the tender documents.
