With the present public tender, the Chancellery of the Canton of Aargau intends to evaluate a capable service provider that can supply office materials and paper for all departments, the courts and the Chancellery. The contract for the supply of office materials and paper will be tendered in accordance with the provisions of the GPA and based on the legislation of the Canton of Aargau. Given the estimated total volume and in accordance with Article 18 in conjunction with Article 16(1) IVöB and its Annex 2, the tender will be conducted as an open procedure.
