France – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Prestations d'éco-pâturage des délaissés routiers et autres espaces naturels du patrimoine départemental de la Mayenne

The procurement procedure used is the open procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The services are divided into 4 geographical lots as listed below. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of contract notification and may be renewed 3 times. The amount indicated in the "Estimated Value (Excl. VAT)" section corresponds to the maximum amount indicated in the commitment act for all lots for the initial period. As an indication, the estimated notification date is set for 28 January 2027.
