Romania – Snow-clearing services – „Servicii de deszăpezire” pentru Direcția Județeană de Transport, Administrarea Drumurilor Județene și Control Trafic Giurgiu – perioada 2026–2028

Snow clearance services for the prevention and multiannual (2026–2028) combating of snow on county roads – current winter maintenance of county roads in Giurgiu County during the periods 15.11.2026 – 15.03.2027 and 15.11.2027 – 15.03.2028, in accordance with Giurgiu County Council Decision no. 232/30.10.2025. The services mainly consist of removing snow from the carriageway and spreading anti-skid material (sand/salt/calcium chloride) to combat skidding/slipping, in accordance with the «Regulation on the prevention and combating of road snowing» – AND indicative no. 525-2013, in the quantities provided for in the terms of reference. NOTE: According to the provisions of Article 160 of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority sets 1 deadline - the deadline within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the clarifications/information requests of the tenderers as follows: The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information in the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
