Czechia – Installation of telecommunications equipment – Implementace 5G/FRMCS na železničním koridoru Praha – Č. Třebová – Brno / Ostrava, 2. etapa – Výstavba BTS pro 5G, úsek Praha – Česká Třebová

The subject of the public contract "Implementation of 5G/FRMCS on the railway corridor Prague – Česká Třebová – Brno/Ostrava, 2nd stage – Construction of BTS for 5G, section Prague – Česká Třebová" is: a) Preparation of Project Documentation for the Permit for the Construction of Transport Infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the proceedings for the permit for the intention, to obtain a binding permit for the intention (building permit) according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the Opinion of the notified subject in the phase of issuing the permit for the intention and the maintenance manual. b) Preparation and submission of an application for a permit for the intention according to the Building Act, including all required attachments, the result of which will be the issuance of a permit for the intention. c) Preparation of Project Documentation for the Execution of Railway Construction (PDPS), which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction in details that specify the subject of the Work taking into account the specific products, supplied technologies, technological procedures and production conditions of the Construction Contractor. PDPS will be realized only in the scope for the infrastructure of public operators – see specification of the scope of the Work in Section 4.2 of the Special Technical Conditions. d) Performance of the Designer's Supervision during the preparation of PDPS and during the construction, and only in the scope for the infrastructure of public operators – see specification of the scope of the Work in Section 4.2 of the Special Technical Conditions. e) Construction in the scope according to the approved PDPS and in accordance with the binding permit for the intention (building permit). The more detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is regulated in the other parts of the tender documentation.
