The Blindeninstitutsstiftung Würzburg plans the construction of a residential and support facility for up to 24 blind/visually impaired and multiply disabled adults on the BfW site in Veitshöchheim. ● A site plan with the basic location of the building on the property as well as initial floor plan ideas for the building are available. A landscape design plan is also available. ● The preliminary construction costs (cost groups 300-500) according to DIN 276 are estimated at approximately 11.25 million euros net. ● A detailed description can be found in the description of the measures as Annex 01 of the tender documents. All available documents will be sent to the selected participants with the invitation to stage 2.
