The Contract concerns the supply of representational items, including (holiday) gifts and (digital) gift vouchers, for the Tax and Customs Administration and Benefits. The framework agreement supports the implementation of the personnel policy of the Tax and Customs Administration, in which recognition, appreciation and involvement of employees are central. The supply of representational items contributes to a uniform and verifiable application of internal guidelines and policy objectives. The Tax and Customs Administration has a structural and ongoing need for representational items. To guarantee the continuity of the supply and compliance with public procurement obligations, a framework agreement is concluded with one (1) contractor. With this tender, it is intended to conclude a framework agreement with the bidder who submits the economically most advantageous bid (EMVI) on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. The scope of the Contract is based on historical figures. The scope of the Contract is estimated for the duration of the framework agreement, including options for extension, at: € 8,693,996,-, exclusive of VAT.
