The procedure is conducted under Section VI of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended) – as a procedure for awarding a public contract in the fields of defence and security – in the restricted procedure (in accordance with Article 410(1) of the cited Act). The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of firewalls along with the provision of a warranty and maintenance service for these firewalls for a minimum of 36 months from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol. The contracting authority may invalidate the subject procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract are not granted to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis has been provided for in the contract notice (Article 257 of the Pzp Act). I inform you that, in accordance with Article 24(1) and Article 33 of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers (Journal of Laws, item 928), the Main Command of the Border Guard has introduced the "Internal procedure for submitting notifications of legal violations and taking follow-up actions in the Main Command of the Border Guard" and the "Procedure for accepting external notifications and taking follow-up actions in the Main Command of the Border Guard".
