Bulgaria – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – „Специализиран превоз на деца за учебната 2026/2027 година по утвърдени маршрутни разписания“

The subject of the public procurement is the provision of specialised transport of children for the 2026/2027 school year. The transport of children is carried out in compliance with safety conditions. The specialised transport of children will be provided every school day according to the timetable set by the Contracting Authority. The timetable is in accordance with the template according to Appendix No. 9a from Ordinance No. 33 of 3.11.1999 for public transport of passengers and goods on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, issued by the Minister of Transport. The timetable is agreed by the carrier with the regional department "Control Activity - DAI" at the place of registration. The forecast number of school days is 160 (one hundred and sixty days) for the 2026/2027 school year. The services, which are the subject of the procurement, are separated into individual positions, each of which is the subject of a contract, as follows: Separate Position No. 1: "Specialised transport of children for the 2026/2027 school year along the route: Radnevo – Kovach – Trankovo – Kolarovo – Radnevo"; Separate Position No. 2: "Specialised transport of children for the 2026/2027 school year along the route: Radnevo – Kovachevo – Radnevo"; Separate Position No. 3: "Specialised transport of children for the 2026/2027 school year along the route: Radnevo – Gypsovo – Troyanovo – Lyubenovo – Bulgarene – Znamenosec – Gypsovo – Radnevo". A detailed description of the activities, which are the subject of the procurement, as well as the requirements related to their implementation, is contained in the Technical Specifications – an integral part of the present public procurement documentation (Appendix No. 1).
