Maintenance service and regular maintenance of the digital RTG device Discovery for the needs of the Faculty Hospital with Polyclinic F. D. Roosevelt Banská Bystrica, including related services. The contracting authority welcomes it if the interested party also indicates parameters that are not in the specification and may have a substantial impact on the quality, operating costs and service life of the subject of the contract. All offered services must be in accordance with the relevant requirements set out in the EU legal provisions. The subject of the tender must meet the defined specification. The contracting authority allows for the possibility, if the specification of the subject of the contract, the summary of some of the indicated parameters or the range of parameters identifies a product of a specific manufacturer, to submit an equivalent in the offer on the condition that such a product will meet the requirements for operational, functional and usability characteristics, which are essential for ensuring the purpose for which the subject of the contract is intended. The burden of proof of identifying a product of a specific manufacturer and meeting the usability, operational and functional characteristics is on the interested party. Duration of the maintenance service: 36 months.
