Romania – Construction work for gas pipelines – Dezvoltarea SNT în vederea alimentării cu gaze naturale a localităților din centrul și Nord – Estul județului Botoșani, Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4

The contracting entity intends to award a sectoral contract for the Development of the National Gas Transmission System (SNT) for the natural gas supply of localities in the centre and North-East of Botoșani County. Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4.

Lot 1 – Natural gas transport pipeline Coșula – Săveni

Lot 2 – Natural gas transport pipeline Săveni – Darabani

Lot 3 – Natural gas transport pipeline Stăuceni – Ștefănești

Lot 4 – Natural gas transport pipeline Dorohoi – Darabani

The deadline by which economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is the 18th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Article 173 of Law No. 99/2016, as amended and supplemented by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2017 for the amendment and supplementation of certain normative acts with impact in the field of public procurement.

The deadline by which the contracting entity will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, in accordance with the provisions of Article 172(2), in conjunction with Article 173 of Law No. 99/2016, as amended and supplemented by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2017 for the amendment and supplementation of certain normative acts with impact in the field of public procurement, is: the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.

The estimated value of the procurement is: 153,422,056.72 lei, excluding VAT - 167,826,498.17 lei, excluding VAT, of which the Contracting Entity will make available to the Contractor materials, equipment and machinery with a value of 81,399,849.46 lei.

The estimated value of the works – 72,022,207.26 lei – 86,426,648.71 lei.

The value of the materials, equipment and machinery made available by the Contracting Entity will not be used to calculate indirect costs and profit by the Contractor, in the preparation of the financial proposal and implicitly not during the course of the contract.
