Romania – Repair and maintenance services of liquid pumps – Servicii de reparatii capitale pentru 2 electropompe tip NMV 2000 RA - CR # 45365

The services that are the subject of this procurement consist of capital repair services for 2 NMV 2000 RA type electric pumps related to the Condenser Cooling Water System U1 & U2 (BSI 71210) over a period of 48 months (actual delivery). Requests for clarification or additional information regarding the award documents must be submitted by economic operators at least 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests submitted by economic operators by the set deadline. The contracting entity's response to these requests will be communicated in two stages, as follows: 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders (for requests received 30 days before this date) and on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for the remaining clarification requests, in accordance with art. 173 of Law no. 99/2016 as subsequently amended. ATTENTION!!! THE CONTRACTING ENTITY WILL ONLY RESPOND TO CLARIFICATION REQUESTS SUBMITTED BY ECONOMIC OPERATORS BY THE SET DEADLINE (16 DAYS BEFORE THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDERS).
