The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and comprehensively to clarification requests or additional information requests by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any clarification request submitted after the mentioned date will put the AC in a position where it cannot provide a response and, as a result, will be considered LATE. Any clarification requests must be submitted in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
