The municipality aims to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) contractor as a result of this procurement procedure, enabling it to structurally meet its needs for valuation reports and purchase/sale advice for various projects. The estimated contract value amounts to approximately € 77.500,- excl. VAT per year. This amount is indicative and no rights can be derived from it. For this procurement, a maximised registration fee/ceiling amount of €310.000,- applies. Further explanation is provided in paragraph 4.2 of this descriptive document and on the price sheet. To ensure that the framework agreement can be effectively utilised throughout the entire term and to prevent the framework agreement from losing its effectiveness prematurely in the event of an unforeseen increase in the number of valuation reports and purchase and sale advice, the maximum value of the framework agreement is € 450.000 excluding VAT over the total term of four (4) years. If the maximum total value is exceeded within the maximum term of four (4) years, the framework agreement will cease to have effect and the framework agreement will end automatically. The municipality will then re-procure the contract in accordance with the applicable procurement legislation.
