The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the regularly scheduled task-oriented maintenance cleaning in the rented business premises of the BwFPS. The office spaces are located in a building with a total area of 1,055 m² and span two floors (1st floor and 2nd basement). The 2nd basement contains only the storage area. The schedule of services includes all rooms to be cleaned with the m² number, their room group assignment, the frequency and the scope of the cleaning services to be provided. ATTENTION: Due to local conditions, a prior inspection must be carried out before the deadline for submitting tenders. This means that tenders from bidders/consortia who have not conducted a site visit in advance will be excluded from evaluation.
