Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2026-02 - Lanreotid

The health insurance funds (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot depends on the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts under § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations, or dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products named in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are - unless the contract provides otherwise - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contract partner according to the framework agreement on the supply of medicines under § 129 para. 2 SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance funds do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contract partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.03.2026 (any deviations in start times are derived from the information for the corresponding lot). The contract ends at the latest on 29.02.2028 (possible exceptions are derived from the information for the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time within the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
