Switzerland – Railway engineering services – MP PRm2-m3 MA 2026 009 - Mandataire Système (MA SYS) et Assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage Système (AMO SYS)

Under the impetus of coordinated regional, cantonal and metropolitan planning, the m2-m3 metro development programme (m2-m3 programme) has been designed to meet two main objectives: * Strengthen transport capacity between the station and the city centre to meet demand generated by the railway offer at Lausanne station, * Connect the Plaines-du-Loup and Tuilière sites to the city centre of Lausanne. The m3 metro will directly connect the CFF station to Chauderon, with no stop at Flon. This will create a new major mobility interface in the city centre at Chauderon, thanks to an underground link with the rue de Genève, among others, and better organise the public transport network, for a better distribution of passengers. The m2 metro will be modernised as a priority, i.e. its automation systems, which allow it to operate without a driver on board, will be replaced and its carriages renovated. Its capacity will be increased. Initial mandates for System and Equipment Consultants have been carried out following two calls for tenders from the State of Vaud. Due to changes in financing mechanisms and the organisational needs of the projects, the tl wish to award 2 new mandates to carry out the rest of the project through the present call for tenders.
