Germany – Building-cleaning services – Unterhalts- und Sonderreinigung am Standort Senftenberg der LMBV

This tender involves providing maintenance and special cleaning services in the facilities of the Lausitz rehabilitation area and the Central Office, according to the performance description and the attached schedule of services. Cleaning services are to be provided for offices, consultation rooms, kitchens, multi-purpose rooms, technical rooms, sanitary facilities, showers, changing areas, corridors, and the vehicle fleet (basic and special cleaning). The necessary rooms, equipment, and the media required for this (electricity, water, and heating) will be made available to the contractor free of charge. The contractor commits to using these resources sparingly. The dimensions of the areas to be cleaned can be found in Annex 2 (approx. 11,251 m²). - approx. 382 rooms - approx. 11,251 m² maintenance cleaning - approx. 620 m² special cleaning (4 times per year) - provision of sanitary materials (toilet paper, hygiene bags, wash gel, paper towels)
