Bulgaria – Construction work for kindergarten buildings – „Инженеринг – проектиране, авторски надзор и изпълнение на СМР на обект: Изграждане на детска градина в УПИ IV – “за ОДЗ“ (ПИ 68134.2815.3274, 68134.2815.29 и 68134.2815.3273 по КККР), кв. 30, м."ж.к. Връбница 2", район "Връбница", Столична община”

The activities covered by the subject of the public procurement include:

1. Investment design of the object: construction of a kindergarten in UPI IV – „for OOD“ (PI 68134.2815.3274, 68134.2815.29 and 68134.2815.3273 according to the Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics), Block 30, „Residential Complex Vrabnitsa 2“, Vrabnitsa District, Sofia Municipality. A technical investment project is prepared for all parts, at least in the following scope: Architecture Section; Structures Section; Electrical and Fire Alarm Section; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Section; Water Supply and Sewerage (WSS) Section; Fire Safety Section; Landscaping and Improvement Section; Geodesy Section; Technological Section; Safety and Health Plan Section; PUSO Section; Billing Documentation Section. Description and identification data of the object. Location: The object is located in UPI IV – „for OOD“ (PI 68134.2815.3274, 68134.2815.29 and 68134.2815.3273 according to the Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics), Block 30, „Residential Complex Vrabnitsa 2“, Vrabnitsa District, Sofia Municipality. The project represents a kindergarten with two nurseries and seven children's groups with twenty-five children each. According to the current Detailed Development Plan and the detailed development plan for the territory, the construction is low-rise, falling into the development zone Oo with the following parameters of free construction in the property: Maximum Building Density – 30%; Kint. 0.6; Maximum Cornice Level = 8 meters; Maximum Number of Floors: 2 Floors; Minimum Green Area: 50%; Area of UPI IV – 5,873 m2, Area of the property with identifier 68134.2043.4326 – 5,873 m2.

2. Execution of construction and installation works (C&IW) The construction is of the fourth category according to Article 8, Paragraph 2, Item 3 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction. The execution of C&IW on the object is carried out in accordance with Section Three "Construction" of the Spatial Development Act and begins after the entry into force of the building permit and after the signing of the Protocol for opening the construction site and determining the construction line and level of the construction. The technical execution of the construction must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the normative act relating to the subject of the procurement, technical rules, technical specifications of the construction products, materials and equipment used in the construction, and good construction practices in the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. The contractor for the current public procurement must carry out C&IW in accordance with the approved investment projects and the issued building permit. The construction and installation works must be carried out in accordance with the conditions of the contract, the developed, agreed and approved investment project together with the attached detailed quantitative and value estimate for all parts.

3. Exercise of author's supervision during the execution of C&IW: In connection with the accurate observance of the investment projects during the execution of C&IW, the contractor, through separate legal entities, authors of the applicable project documentation by parts, will exercise author's supervision in accordance with the requirements of Article 162 of the Spatial Development Act and the contract for execution. With the supervision by the designers - authors of separate parts of the investment project, the accurate execution of the project, the observance of the architectural, technological and construction rules and norms, as well as the preparation of the project documentation for the introduction of the object into operation, is guaranteed.
