France – Damage or loss insurance services – Marché de services d'assurance - RELANCE LOT 2 DO-RDCNR ET GARANTIE COLLECTIVE COMPLEMENTAIRE DE RESPONSABILITE DECENNALE

The EPAURIF is conducting a consultation to subscribe to the insurance contracts related to the implementation of the university component of the Saint Ouen Grand Paris Nord University Hospital Campus (CHU SO GPN). The present consultation is launched in the form of a negotiated procedure in accordance with Articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-4, R. 2161-12 to R 2161-20 of the Public Procurement Code. The present consultation concerns the tendering phase of lot no. 2 « Works Damage with Liability - Non-Realising Contractor Decennial and Collective Complementary Liability Decennial Guarantee », following the unsuccessful declaration of this lot in the context of the initial consultation launched simultaneously for the four lots. The buyer may negotiate with the candidates who have submitted an admissible tender. This negotiation may relate to all elements of the offer, in particular the price. If necessary, a maximum of two rounds of negotiations is planned. The invitation to negotiate will be sent via the EPAURIF buyer platform. However, the buyer may award the public contract on the basis of the initial tenders without negotiation, in accordance with Article R.2161-17 of the Public Procurement Code. The Buyer reserves the right to make, at the latest 6 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, minor modifications to the consultation dossier. Candidates must then respond on the basis of the modified dossier without being able to raise any objection in this regard. If, during the examination of the dossier by the candidates, the deadline for the submission of tenders is postponed, the above provision shall apply in accordance with this new date. Contract duration: The contracts are subscribed with effect and for the periods provided for in the special clauses schedules specific to each contract.
