The open tender procedure is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1°, and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 and L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are divided into 7 lots. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. Lot 1 - minimum annual amount: 5 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive - Maximum annual: 40 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive Lot 2 - minimum annual amount: 10 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive - Maximum annual: 80 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive Lot 3 - minimum annual amount: 7 500 euro(s) VAT-exclusive - Maximum annual: 50 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive Lot 4 - minimum annual amount: 5 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive - Maximum annual: 30 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive Lot 5 - minimum annual amount: 5 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive - Maximum annual: 35 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive Lot 6 - minimum annual amount: 5 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive - Maximum annual: 35 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive Lot 7 - minimum annual amount: 500 euro(s) VAT-exclusive - Maximum annual: 5 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive The framework agreements are concluded for an initial period running from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. They are renewable 1 time, by tacit renewal. The total maximum duration of the framework agreements, all periods combined, is 2 years. For Lot 6, question n°4 of the questionnaire, it is requested to attach samples (with detailed description for each sample). This is a simple and flexible lamination: transparent plastic glued, adhesive film type, with internal reinforcement of the hinge. Variants are not allowed. No PSE is requested.
