Poland – Construction work – Zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót dla zadania pn.: „Zabudowa systemu ERTMS/ETCS poziomu 2 na liniach kolejowych nr 133 i 134 odc. Sosnowiec Jęzor – Kraków Główny” w ramach projektu „Zabudowa systemu ERTMS” .

The implementation of the task entitled: „ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 System Installation on Railway Lines No. 133 and 134 Section Sosnowiec Jęzor – Kraków Główny” will be carried out in the „design and build” system based on the Contract Terms. The scope of the contract includes the execution of: 1) preliminary documentation, which includes: Design Concept (line equipment concept); Principles of preparing design data; Operational Scenarios; Railway Traffic Management Principles (Update of the Instruction on railway traffic management using the ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 Ir-1b system); Test Cases; 2) design documentation necessary for the correct execution of all construction works and obtaining all required opinions, agreements, permits, conditions, decisions and permits necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract; 3) technical-operational documentation of the devices installed as part of the implementation of the subject of the task, prepared in accordance with the requirements contained in the Instruction of the Purchaser Ie-100a „Conditions for the safe installation and operation of railway traffic control devices managed by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.”; 4) post-construction documentation in accordance with the Construction Law, including, inter alia, post-construction geodetic inventory; 5) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract based on the design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Purchaser, as mentioned in the above point 1, and all preparatory works necessary for the execution of the Contract scope and all actions required by Law; 6) conducting a conformity assessment of the structural subsystem „Control – wayside devices” covered by the contract scope at each stage (design and final subsystem testing); 7) obtaining a permit for the admission to operation of the structural subsystem – issued by the President of the Office of Railway Transport; Furthermore, the scope of the task includes the following optional orders: 1) Option No. 1 (Option Right No. 1): extending the scope of the task to the section of railway line No. 134 Jaworzno Szczakowa – Mysłowice from km 0,220 to km 6,624 and railway line No. 133 Dąbrowa Górnicza Ząbkowice – Kraków Główny from km 14,925 to km 20,740. 2) Option No. 2 (Option Right No. 2): introducing changes in the installed and commissioned devices of the ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system, to the extent necessary to ensure the RBC – RBC Handover function with ETCS Level 2 system devices planned for installation on lines adjacent to the system installed as part of this contract. The contract includes the design and execution of the scope of the leading industries, including, inter alia: srk, telecommunication and electrification. The Purchaser notes that the entire subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the SWZ, generally applicable legal provisions, the Purchaser's Regulations, technical knowledge and construction art standards. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is presented in the Functional-User Programme (PFU) constituting Volume III of the SWZ. 3.
