Poland – Gaseous fuels – „Kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego (grupa E) dla Grupy Zakupowej Gmin Metropolii Poznańskiej na okres od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r."

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) for the year 2027 for the gas offtake point(s) (PPG) divided into contract lots: 1. the part relating to the comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel for entities partially entitled to purchase fuel according to the approved sales tariff and partially settled at competitive market prices. The annual quantity of gaseous fuel settled at tariff prices amounts to: 33 101 158 kWh (base contract), at competitive market prices amounts to: 599 792 kWh (base contract). The Contracting Authority has submitted a declaration of GAS FUEL RECIPIENTS on the destination of the gaseous fuel, as referred to in Article 62ba(2) of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law – constituting Annex No. 9 to SWZ. On this basis, the PPGs covered by the subject declarations will be settled at prices resulting from the applicable sales tariff approved by the President of URE. 2. the part relating to the comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel settled at competitive market prices. The annual quantity of gaseous fuel settled at competitive market prices amounts to: 8 808 112 kWh (base contract).
