France – Roadworks – FOURNITURE ET MISE EN OEUVRE DE GRAVE EMULSION SUR LES ROUTES DEPARTEMENTALES DE CHARENTE-MARITIME

The services included in this contract are: manufacture, transport and installation of emulsion gravel and emulsion bituminous concretes for the execution of full-width or edge re-profiling and strengthening and surfacing on various sections of the departmental road network. The services will be carried out on the territory of the Charente-Maritime Department and are divided into two lots and have the following objectives:

Lot 1: Agence d'Echillais and Jonzac

Lot 2: Agence de Saint-Jean d'Angely and Marennes.

This single-award framework agreement with call-off orders with an annual maximum set at 2,000,000 euros excluding tax for Lot 1, 2,000,000 euros excluding tax for Lot 2 is concluded as from 01.01.2027 or from its notification date if later, until 31.12.2027. This framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its expiry. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years. The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
