Germany – Event services – Vergabe eines Rahmenvertrages für die Planung und Durchführung von Fachkongressen für die Sozialwirtschaft („Rahmenvertrag Fachkongress Sozialwirtschaft“)

A company is to be commissioned, via a framework agreement with a maximum duration of six years from the date of contract award (planned to commence in September 2026), to plan and execute the specialist conference for the social economy of the State Ministry for Family, Labour and Social Affairs (StMAS) in the coming years. The framework agreement is to be designed as a unilateral commitment, i.e. the contractor shall unilaterally commit to the contracting authority to provide the agreed services on demand.
