France – Maintenance and repair of reprographic machinery – LOCATION ET MAINTENANCE D'ÉQUIPEMENTS D'IMPRESSION NUMÉRIQUE DE PRODUCTION COULEUR HAUTS VOLUMES ET DE TRACEURS COMPACTS COULEUR ET NOIR & BLANC TOUS FORMATS POUR LE CENTRE DE REPROGRAPHIE DE LA RATP

This notice concerns the Leasing and maintenance of high-volume digital colour production printers and compact colour and black & white plotters of all formats for the reprography centre of the RATP. The services subject to this consultation are divided into 2 separate lots:

- Lot 1: Compact colour and black & white plotters of all formats

- Lot 2: High-volume digital colour and black & white production printing equipment

Each lot will give rise to a framework agreement and each lot will be single-supplier. Each framework agreement is defined without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount that can vary by +30% (twenty percent) compared to the estimated amount. The start of the services is scheduled for November 2026. The framework agreement for LOT 1 PLOTTERS will be for a duration of 84 (eighty-four) months, broken down into a 60 (sixty) month firm period and 2 (two) optional periods of 12 (twelve) months each. The framework agreement for LOT 2 HIGH-VOLUME (HV) PRINTERS will be for a firm period of 60 (sixty) months from the date of signature by the RATP.
