Netherlands – Playground equipment – Het ontwerpen, het leveren en het realiseren van 33 speelplekken

The objective of this procurement is to select and contract one party responsible for the design of the play area, the supply of play facilities and the realisation of the play area in the public space of the municipality of Eemsdelta. The procurement involves the replacement of 33 municipal playgrounds, spread over the years 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029.

Desired situation

The municipality has recently established the Eemsdelta Play Area Plan 2025 (Annex 5) for the layout, management and replacement of the play area. Based on the Play Area Plan, the agreement must contribute to a good distribution of play area, a good layout of the play area and a well-maintained play area. This realises an attractive and accessible play area. A play area that is green and accessible and that is clean, whole and safe.
