France – Road construction works – Aéroport Paris le Bourget - Affaire n°420114 - Aménagement esplanade Air Espace

This consultation concerns the execution of works for the redevelopment of the Esplanade of Paris - Le Bourget Airport as part of the arrival of Line 17 of the Grand Paris Express. The contract covers infrastructure and roadworks, networks (water supply, CFO/CFA, multitubular, etc.), drainage, tricolour traffic lights, urban furniture, green spaces and public lighting. The project is divided into one firm lot and six optional lots:

- Firm lot: Works for actions C3 - C4 - C5 - D - O

- Optional lot n°1: Works for the renovation and renewal of networks within the geographical perimeter of the firm lot

- Optional lot n°2: Works for actions A1 - A2 - C1 - C2 - I - J1

- Optional lot n°3: Works for the renovation and renewal of networks within the geographical perimeter of the 2nd optional lot

- Optional lot n°4: Works for action A3

- Optional lot n°5: Works for action B

- Optional lot n°6: Works for action J2

- Optional lot n°7: Works for action E (MAE parking)

The lots will be awarded according to the modalities indicated in the CCAP. It includes three technical options:

- Option 1: Wooden curbs for the wheel stops of the MAE parking in replacement of the reuse of existing curbs

- Option 2: Replacement of concrete curbs with limestone stone curbs for zone E – MAE parking

- Option 3: Replacement of concrete curbs with limestone stone curbs for zones A1 / A2 / C1 / C2 / J1 - excluding BEA
