Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_HLS_Landkreis Roth_Neubau Bauhof Abenberg

The district of Roth intends to construct a new operational building with adjoining workshops and storage rooms for the Kreisbauhof Abenberg and to demolish the existing building. The measure is to be implemented in two construction phases during ongoing operations. The basic services of the performance phases 1-9 of the service spectrum Technical Equipment for the system groups 1, 2, 3, 8 according to § 55 para. 1 sentence 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2 will be awarded in stages. In addition, special services will be awarded. Note: The performance phase 4 (approval planning) will only be commissioned for those systems for which immediate approval is required under public law regulations. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the scope of services accordingly.
