Luxembourg – Structural shell work – Travaux de clos et couvert à exécuter dans l’intérêt de la construction d’une auberge de jeunesse et structure administrative multifonctionnelle au pôle d’échange multimodal à Ettelbruck

This contract concerns scaffolding works (+/- 8 440 m²), ventilated facade works in clay tiles (+/- 12 760 panels) and metal profiles (+/- 16 380 linear metres), exterior joinery works in aluminium (+/- 63 items), in aluminium-wood (+/- 190 items) including external blinds and their technical management, glazed facade works (+/- 800 m²), waterproofing (roof surfaces +/- 2 200 m²) and sheet metal works, green roof works (+/- 1 250 m²), exterior locksmithing works including in particular railings (+/- 540 linear metres), stainless steel fall protection nets (+/- 385 linear metres), metal staircases as well as the necessary load-bearing metal structures and exterior false ceiling works (+/- 1 570 m²). The duration of the works is 285 working days, to begin in the second semester of 2027. The works are awarded at unit prices.
