The subject of this public contract is the award of a framework agreement for the supply of HW communication devices EMS Wifi in the variants EMS 1, EMS 2 and EMS 3 including documentation, and further provision of services including the provision of SLA parameters, maintenance, operation and resolution of incidents, training, updates to documentation, development of devices, service support, resolution of EMS device complaints, ensuring the process of sending EMS devices to customers and preparing an exit plan.
