Complete renovation of the building School in the City of Youth which is necessary after the City of Zagreb was hit by an earthquake on 22.3.2020. Project documentation (main and execution projects, cost estimates) for the complete renovation of the building School (total gross area 1388 m2) which was damaged in the earthquake and, based on a static review, received the designation "temporarily unusable". Since the City of Youth implements a program of one-day excursions School in the Forest (co-financed by the City of Zagreb, intended for ages 1st-4th grade of elementary school) as well as programs for kindergarten children, it is necessary to renovate the subject object "SCHOOL" so that it can accommodate a larger number of users. Namely, during bad and cold weather, the "SCHOOL" was used to implement the program which is otherwise carried out in the open space, since in that object 240 children can stay at the same time. However, if there is a forecast of bad weather, the directors of the schools of ZG mostly cancel the arrival for the excursion, or the program School in the Forest, thereby losing a significant portion of the income. A Conservator's report on the renovation of the building Pavilion 29 "School" of the City of Youth and the Main and Execution projects for the complete renovation of the facility have been made: - Architectural project - Structural project - static calculation - Water supply and drainage project - Mechanical project - Electrical project - Fire detection project - Fire protection - Noise protection - Rational use of energy and thermal protection It is necessary to engage expert supervision and coordinator II ZNR and project manager. The purchaser will procure the aforementioned in a separate procurement procedure. The contractor is obliged to ensure a person for the execution of the necessary conservation-restoration works in accordance with the provisions of the Rulebook on the conditions for obtaining a permit to perform activities in the protection and preservation of cultural goods (Official Gazette 104/2025).
