Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Sanierung und Erweiterung der Oberschule in Schwaförden - Fachplanungsleistungen Elektro- und Sicherheitstechnik

The secondary school in Schwaförden is currently divided between the locations of Schwaförden and Ehrenburg, but is to be consolidated at the Schwaförden location. As part of this, the school building with sports hall in Schwaförden, with approximately 3,500m², is to be renovated and extended by approximately 3,300m² to meet the additional space requirements. A building section from 1952 is to be demolished. The Schwaförden secondary school consists of three building sections: - the old building from 1952 with four classrooms that appear structurally, energetically, and technically dilapidated, - the intermediate building from 1972, a single-story building section with a teacher's room, administration, kiosk, student toilets, break hall and music special classroom (FUR), which has a solid structural substance that is structurally sound but needs to be renovated energetically and technically, - the new building from 1995, a two-story building section, with eight general classrooms (AUR) a group room and an FUR IT, which has a solid structural substance that is structurally sound but needs to be renovated energetically and technically, and - the sports hall from 1975 (one and a half fields), which, like the intermediate building, needs to be renovated, particularly energetically and technically. As part of the subsequent tendering phase, a design and functional concept for a sensible use of the rooms in the existing structure and an attractive extension is to be developed as a solution proposal, which functionally connects the existing structure and extension to form a school and meets modern educational requirements. The work is to be carried out in construction sections during ongoing operations. The investment volume for the construction measure amounts to a total of 19.4 million EUR (of which approximately 13.0 million EUR gross is allocated to cost groups 200, 300 and 400). The services of the technical equipment (electrical and safety technology) according to § 55 HOAI 2021 of the performance phases 1-9 for the system groups 4 (high-current systems) and 5 (telecommunications or information technology systems) are tendered. It is assumed that planning services can be started directly after ordering.
