As part of the ground improvement, a foundation improvement using the CMC method (Controlled Modulus Columns) or full-displacement pile method is to be carried out for the single-story fire station building. For this, the necessary execution planning, design and layout of the column locations are to be created. The ground improvement includes the production of approximately 507 unreinforced full-displacement piles made of special concrete with an average length of approximately 6.0 m. The piles are to be produced using the low-vibration full-displacement drilling method and form the basis for the load transfer of the structure. After production, the pile heads are to be cut to the correct height and adapted to the foundation level. All execution parameters are to be electronically recorded and documented during the works. Finally, as-built documentation including production protocols and location plans of the executed ground improvement measures are to be handed over.
