Belgium – Construction work – Conception et réalisation de travaux de rénovation énergétique d’un ensemble de logements de l’Office Central d’Action Sociale et Culturel du Ministère de la Défense (OCASC)

Design and implementation of energy renovation works for a set of OCASC housing units with the aim of achieving an energy label A. The present contract aims to achieve the following objectives at the conclusion of negotiations:

- The preferred study of industrialized or prefabricated solutions, or any equivalent solution in terms of results, such as improved execution quality, reduced on-site nuisances (noise, dust, etc.), and better control of deadlines. The Contracting Authority cites as an example the use of cladding and components compatible with workshop prefabrication. To this end, the contracting authority encourages the use of industrialized construction methods, such as off-site prefabrication of elements, or any equivalent solution that achieves at least equivalent results.

- The integration of bio-based materials or materials with low environmental impact, when this is compatible with technical and financial objectives.
