Romania – Software maintenance and repair services – SERVICII DE MENTENANTA PENTRU SISTEMUL INFORMATIC INTEGRAT HIPOCRATE

A framework agreement for the provision of services with a duration of 36 months is to be concluded. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: Subsequent contracts will be awarded monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or as needed by the authority and the budget funds allocated. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 combined with art. 161 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification / additional information will be 11 days before the deadline set in the invitation to tender for the submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications is 18 days.
