Germany – Architectural services for outdoor areas – Erschließungsplanung IG 3 Sömmerda/Kölleda - Freianlagenplanung LPH 1-4 (LPH 3-4 optional und stufenweise)

The basis for this is the demand-driven provision of industrial and commercial settlement areas in the Sömmerda and Kölleda region. To this end, the municipalities of Sömmerda and Kölleda have passed legally binding B-Plan decisions for the industrial area 3 Sömmerda-Kölleda. To implement this industrial park, planning services for the open spaces, which represent compensatory and replacement measures for the development of the industrial park, are required. This service is the subject of the present tender procedure. The planning services will be commissioned in stages, with LPH 1-2 being fixed and LPH 3-4 being optional and commissioned in stages.
