The present notice aims to establish the supply of an integrated real estate asset management system in SaaS mode with services distributed as follows:

Services of the minimum contract value:

- Implementation of the Integrated Solution including the VSR period of three months.

- Access to the Application Service and standard maintenance for an initial period of 26 months;

Services of the maximum contract value:

- The Services of the Minimum Contract Value

- Interface developments

- Access to the Application Service and standard maintenance for the basic core for a period of 60 months (initial scope)

- Extension to the Application Service (Additional Scope)

- Associated Services

- Reversibility
