The subject of the contract is the supply of movable equipment and complementary installations for exhibition and educational spaces, divided into two tasks (two parts): Task No. 1 Supply, assembly, and placement of furniture in office spaces and complementary to the administrative building, technical building, and ophthalmology building at the main seat of the Contracting Authority in Warsaw at ul. Sienna 60/Śliska 51. Task 2 Execution, supply, and assembly of individual, complete, permanent furniture installations, along with the supply, assembly, and connection of kitchen appliances, kitchen fittings, and plumbing, as well as lighting, for office spaces and complementary to the administrative building, technical building, and ophthalmology building at the main seat of the Contracting Authority in Warsaw at ul. Sienna 60/Śliska 51. NOTE - REQUIREMENTS IN THE SCOPE OF THE SITE VISIT (applies to both parts of the contract) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to obligatorily conduct a site visit of the contract implementation site before submitting an offer, under the penalty of rejecting the offer – in accordance with art. 226.1.18 of the Act. The obligation to conduct a site visit results from the specificity of the subject of the contract and the current state of the investment, i.e. the building under construction, to which the furniture is to be delivered and assembled. At the stage of conducting the proceedings, the object is in the construction phase, which means the possibility of variable technical, organisational, and logistical conditions, directly affecting the way the contract is executed, especially in the scope of:  actual transport, unloading, and delivery conditions of the equipment,  availability of communication routes, lifts, staircases, and access roads,  coordination of works with other contractors present on the construction site,  existing limitations resulting from the OH&S regulations in force on the construction site,  the need to adapt the delivery and assembly schedule to the progress of the construction works. The site visit aims to ensure that each Contractor acquires full and comparable knowledge of the contract implementation conditions, which will limit the risk of incorrect calculation of the offer price, disputes at the contract execution stage, and the need to introduce changes resulting from underestimating the scope of logistical or organisational obligations. This requirement is dictated by the need to maintain the principle of due diligence in preparing the offer and protecting the interest of the Contracting Authority by ensuring the reality, feasibility, and comparability of offers. The site visit also serves to minimise the risks associated with the safety of deliveries on an active construction site. A protocol or confirmation of participation signed by a representative of the Contracting Authority will be made from the site visit. The absence of the Contractor at the site visit will result in the offer being deemed to have been submitted without the required knowledge of the contract implementation conditions.
