Switzerland – Systems and technical consultancy services – Mandataires pour prestations de business analyse et de coordination de programme et des outils maintenance (GMAO)

In the framework of its policy and maintenance activities driven by the Maintenance Support Pole, the Directorate of Infrastructure wishes to strengthen service continuity, the evolution and continuous improvement of maintenance methods as well as the tools supporting maintenance activities, management and operational support. To this end, GA is seeking a contractor who can provide the following three profiles: 1) Business Analyst in GMAO programme coordination; 2) Business Analyst in technical service development; 3) Data Reporting Consultant in PowerBI expertise. The scope covers, in particular, support for the GMAO tools CARL Source, CARL Touch and CARL Flash, the "Works and Repairs - DI" Portal under ServiceNow, the Power BI / WEBI / BIRT Reporting tools, maintenance methods as well as the processes associated with the 7575 call centre and the technical services of the Directorate of Infrastructure. The project also includes the development of the technical service catalogue and the implementation of an external-facing portal, intended for major customers, concessions and airlines operating on the airport platform.
