Description

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of polymer (flocculant) in liquid and solid form with transport included in the price to the premises of the Buyer, divided into 3 parts: 1.1. Part 1: Delivery of polymer in liquid form for plate thickeners. 1.2. Part 2: Delivery of polymer in liquid form for screw presses. 1.3. Part 3: Delivery of polymer in solid form for belt presses. 2. During the contract period, the Buyer envisages the purchase of: 2.1. Part 1: A package of polymer in liquid form for thickeners up to 5 000 kg, 2.2. Part 2: A package of polymer in liquid form for screw presses up to 16 000 kg, 2.3. Part 3: A package of polymer in solid form for belt presses up to 6 000 kg. 3. Product and delivery characteristics: The products must be suitable for working with biological sludges and must exhibit biodegradable properties. 3.1. This delivery includes: a) Delivery of a package of polymer in liquid form (Part 1) – for use in the mechanical thickening process of excess sludge: - Destination: preliminary thickening of sewage sludge on a mechanical thickener. - Provide a reference that the products used do not have an adverse effect on biological processes in biological reactors and fermentation chambers, - Dewatering of sludge in the feed approximately: 99%, - Final dewatering of sludge: ≤ 96% - Polymer consumption up to 6-7 g/kg of sludge - Suspension in the effluent not more than 500 g/m3 b) Delivery of a package of polymer in liquid or solid form (Part 2) – sludge press: - Destination: dewatering of sewage sludge on a screw filter press, - Dewatering of sludge in the feed approximately: 98.2%, - Final dewatering of sludge: ≤ 81%, - Polymer consumption up to 10 g/kg of sludge - Suspension in the effluent not more than 600 g/m3 c) Delivery of a package of polymer in solid form (Part 3) – sludge press: - Destination: dewatering of sewage sludge on a belt filter press, - Dewatering of sludge in the feed approximately: 98.2%, - Final dewatering of sludge ≤ 81%, - Polymer consumption up to 10 g/kg of sludge - Suspension in the effluent not more than 600 g/m3 4. We inform that the sludge to be dewatered on the filter press is pre-fermented sludge with a variable character of the sludge and possible co-fermentation. Pre-fermented sludge within 65-75% organic dry matter. 5. Liquid polymer 3.4.1.a) is used for excess sludge within 70-88% organic dry matter. 6. Technical trial: 6.1. Polymers should be selected taking into account the technological solutions and the actual characteristics of the Buyer's sludge. 6.2. The Contractor is obliged to carry out technical trials at their own expense before submitting a tender. 6.3. The tests will be carried out by the Contractor with the participation of the Buyer. 6.4. The Contractor is obliged to carry out technical trials of sludge dewatering at the Buyer's wastewater treatment plant. 6.5. The protocol of the trial (Annex No. 5 to SWZ) at the Buyer's wastewater treatment plant, signed by the persons participating in the trials (both by the potential Contractor and the Buyer's representative), must be attached to the tender. The protocol of the trial must contain at least: the date of the tests, the first and last names of the Buyer's and Contractor's representatives present during the tests, the name of the tested polymer, the dewatering effect (in %), the dose at which the indicated dewatering effect was achieved, the number of trials carried out. 6.6. The Buyer enables the Contractors to carry out trials before submitting tenders in order to familiarise the Contractors with the place of service provision, as well as to obtain at their own risk and expense all the information necessary to prepare the tender. 6.7. Analytical tests in the conducted trials on a technical scale should be carried out in the Buyer's laboratory or in a laboratory accredited by the Buyer with accreditation for the requirements in the SWZ and test protocol. Regarding the appointment of a date for the technical trials, please contact Mr. Bogusław Szczęch, tel. 507671503. The dates of the trials are decided by the order of registrations. 6.8. The Buyer approves the correctness of the technical trial procedure after agreeing on the procedure presented by the Contractor. 6.9. The Buyer reserves the right to interrupt the test in cases where an adverse effect of the polymer on the operation of the device is found. 6.10. The Contractor is obliged to change the polymers during the contract period if the results required in the contract deteriorate without changing the tender price. 6.11. Failure to appear at the scheduled time for the tests results in the exclusion of the tender from the tender procedure. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ together with the annexes available on the website of the conducted procedure: https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/1381303
