The objective of the contract is to find service providers (hereinafter KVT) to reduce harm for people who use narcotics (hereinafter NTI). The objective of KVT is to reduce risk behaviour associated with the use of narcotics, the spread of infectious diseases and overdoses caused by the use of narcotics and to encourage narcotics users to contact health and social services, while at the same time providing them with information about existing support services. NTIs are, for the purposes of this contract, individuals who use narcotic and psychotropic substances, including those who misuse and are dependent on them. A contract will be concluded with one supplier for each part of the contract for one year, but the purchaser will notify the service provider by no later than 01.10.2027 whether the provision of the service can continue in 2028 in the event of the availability of funds, in which case the contract will be extended for another year. / Exclusion grounds and qualification requirements: See the contract documents.
