The subject of the contract is post-warranty service maintenance for the Aria radiotherapy management equipment, Eclipse planning system stations, FAS computing servers, and the remote access environment of Varian Medical Systems. It includes, in particular: repairs, service work costs, and inspection materials for the Aria/Eclipse HIT 5232 System. The detailed description of the contract, i.e. the scope of services, the manner of their execution, is contained in Annex No. 8. - “Contract Template” to this Specification of Essential Contract Terms together with its annexes (Annex 8A - to the Contract Template).
