France – Construction work – Opération d’assainissement des réseaux enterrés et de restauration de 5 cours (Bonaparte, Honneur, Loges, Mât américain / cheminement Lenoir, Perret)

The present contract concerns the implementation of drainage works for buried networks and the restoration of 5 courtyards (Bonaparte, Honneur, Loges, Mât américain / cheminement Lenoir, Perret) of the Beaux-arts_Malaquais site, at 14, rue Bonaparte, 6th arrondissement, Paris. The works subject to the contract include, in particular:

1. Technical phase on the 5 courtyards:

- removal of soils;

- compaction and consolidation of soils;

- drainage of buried networks.

2. Heritage phase on the 5 courtyards:

- replacement of new and restored soils;

- restoration of grilles and installation of new ones;

- lighting.

The services subject to the present contract are divided into 4 lots as follows:

• Lot 1: VRD / Plumbing / Site Installation

• Lot 2: CFO / CFA / Lighting

• Lot 3: Masonry / Cut Stone / Roofing

• Lot 4: Locksmithing / Carpentry

The present contract includes, for each of the lots, a firm section (TF) and 2 optional sections (TO) as defined below:

- TF: technical phase works: Bonaparte + Loges + Honneur.

- TO1: 1) technical phase works: Perret + Mât américain / cheminement PMR Lenoir 2) heritage works: Perret.

- TO2: heritage works: Bonaparte + Honneur + Loges + Mât américain / cheminement PMR Lenoir.
