France – Sewerage management services – Entretien des réseaux d'assainissement des bâtiments municipaux de la ville et du CCAS de Levallois

The present contracts concern the maintenance of the sewerage networks of the municipal buildings of the city and the CCAS of Levallois. The city of Levallois is organising this procedure as Coordinator of the purchasing group set up with the CCAS of the city of Levallois. The contracts are subject to the Public Procurement Code. This document is referred to as "the Code" throughout the tender documents. Classified as service contracts, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG "Supplies and Services" approved by Decree of 30 March 2021. They are awarded according to the open procedure for competitive bidding, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. The present contracts constitute framework agreements within the meaning of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. Each of the contracts will be awarded to a single contractor for a maximum period of four years, including renewals. Since this is an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited. The maximum value of the contracts is set at 600 000 euro(s) excluding VAT over the total duration of the contracts, including renewals, with no minimum amount.
