Germany – Technical planning services – Planungsleistungen LP 2-4 - Schanz

The Wärmegesellschaft Heilbronn mbH plans to establish a new district heating network with an associated energy centre (building & building services). The subject of the request is the planning services for the preliminary, design and approval planning (in accordance with HOAI LPH 2-4) for the first expansion stage of the project. This includes an energy centre (including building) with an installed capacity of approximately 5 MW and a district heating network with around 1,100 m of pipeline length. The supply concept is based on a combination of air-source heat pump, CHP, peak load boiler and thermal storage. The entire system is designed to be scalable from the outset, so that future network expansions and additional generation capacities in further expansion stages should be taken into account from the beginning. The project is to be funded through the BEW funding programme, for which corresponding services are to be provided.
