Greece – Software package and information systems – Προμήθεια, ανανέωση και αναβάθμιση αδειών χρήσης λογισμικού

The purpose of this notice is to select a contractor for the supply, renewal and upgrade of software licenses. The supply concerns the renewal and upgrade of existing licenses with Software Assurance coverage, as well as the supply of new products and services to meet the needs of the Contracting Authority and the Services it supports. The supply will be made through a Corporate Agreement with a Multi-License Software Purchase Agreement (Enterprise Agreement), which constitutes the best technical and economic solution regarding the needs of the Contracting Authority for the acquisition and use of software for the entities it supports. In addition, through this project the Contracting Authority will have access to advanced support services from the software manufacturer, for the software it has or will acquire. The present contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value of the contract amounts to six million three hundred and fifty thousand euros (6.350.000 €) including VAT 24%, that is, estimated value excluding VAT five million one hundred and twenty thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven euros and seventy-four cents (5.120.967,74 €) plus VAT 24% one million two hundred and twenty-nine thousand thirty-two euros and twenty-six cents (1.229.032,26 €). Furthermore, an option right is provided for up to five percent (5%) of the contract value, namely two hundred and fifty-six thousand forty-eight euros and thirty-nine cents (256.048,39 €) excluding VAT, plus VAT 24% amounting to sixty-one thousand four hundred and fifty-one euros and sixty-one cents (61.451,61 €). The duration of the contract is from the date of signature and registration in the KHMDIS until 31-12-2029. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender, based solely on price.
