France – Cleaning services – ACCORD CADRE MULTI-ATTRIBUTAIRES POUR LA REALISATION DE PRESTATIONS DE NETTOYAGE POST-SINISTRES ET INSALUBRITE

This multi-beneficiary framework agreement concerns the performance of specialized cleaning, disinfection, decontamination and restoration services for the premises and housing units under the OPAC de l'Oise, following sensitive events: deaths, unsanitary conditions/Diogenes syndrome, evictions, fires, water damage, vandalism or health risks. This framework agreement, through the issuance of purchase orders, applies to the performance of these missions across the entire OPAC de l'Oise estate. These services may concern rental property, commercial property, co-owned property, individual, collective, residential homes and/or public-access buildings (ERP), commercial premises. This framework agreement, executed as purchase orders are issued, involves a multi-beneficiary framework agreement with 2 contractors per lot, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. These services are divided into 2 lots: - Lot No. 1: Northern Sector - Agencies of Beauvais, Clermont and Compiègne - Lot No. 2: Southern Sector - Agencies of Méru and Pont Sainte Maxence. The services will be performed on property located in the department of Oise and possibly in the neighbouring departments.
